FAQ
Does it work with TikTok and Xiaohongshu?
Yes. These platforms never expose a direct video URL, so Grabber ships an embedded browser: open the page, press play, and the stream is captured. For content that requires login, log in once inside the built-in browser.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No account, no upload. Downloading obviously needs a network; everything else (library, conversions, clipping) runs offline.
Will the videos have watermarks?
Where the platform serves a watermark-free stream (such as TikTok's web player), Grabber uses it. A few platforms burn watermarks into some content, which no downloader can remove.
Can I get an invoice?
For international orders, Paddle (our payment processor) issues a VAT-compliant receipt automatically. For other needs, email us.
Refund policy?
Licenses are digital goods and are non-refundable once activated, except where a technical issue cannot be resolved — in that case we refund after verification.
What is it allowed for?
Personal study, archiving and offline viewing. Do not use it to redistribute copyrighted content or to bypass paid access or DRM.
