License & activation

One-time purchase, one machine per license. Activation is fully offline.

Open Grabber → Settings → License and click "Copy machine code".
Send us the code with your order ID using the form below.
Paste the license file we send back into Settings and click "Import license".

I changed computers. Now what?

Each license can be reset to a new machine twice per year — email the new machine code with your order ID.

Does the license expire?

No. Your purchase is perpetual. The 12-month update window only affects new releases; the version you own keeps working forever.

Refunds?

Digital licenses are non-refundable once activated, except when a technical issue cannot be resolved.
