End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of license

One Grabber license grants the right to install and use the software on one device. The license is bound to the machine code of that device. Each license may be transferred to a new machine twice per year at no cost.

2. You may

• Install and run the software on the licensed device;
• Use it for personal or internal business purposes;
• Receive free updates during the update period.

3. You may not

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the software or license;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, crack or bypass the activation mechanism;
• Remove copyright or trademark notices;
• Use the software for unlawful purposes.

4. Updates and support

Your purchase includes 12 months of free updates from the date of purchase. After that period you may keep using the version you own indefinitely, but will not receive new releases. Support is provided by email.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms, without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; otherwise they shall be submitted to a competent court at the developer's place of business.
